luck is certainly down on my side these days! this morning started off SOOOOOOOOOO badly!! roar!!!

first, it started to pour like nobody's biz a few mins before i leave my hse, so i lan lan call citycab (65521111) for cabbie ard 7.50am. ask them pick me up at lobby E. the taxi driver even called me to go down. so i went, AND SAW HIM PICKING UP SOMEONE FR LOBBY F N DRIVE PAST MY HSE! so i tried waving at him, bt HE DID NOT STOP! nabei! tatz my cab lorz!!! so i saw the cab driver looking for the girl (WHO TOOK MY CAB) at lobby F. i told tt uncle to pick me instead. this driver is the total opposite of tt sucky uncle, want confirm everything, call call call the call centre, double triple check if it's ok to pick another cust!!! Y DIN'T TT UNCLE WHO DROVE OFF WITH ANOTHER CUST DO TT??? so by 8.15am! HE CONFIRMED it was ok. something snapped inside my brain. all the oppression of emotions just came pouring out... i called the call centre, told the cust. svc i want lodge a complain:

Al: hi, I'll like to lodge a complain, pls divert me to the relevant dept.
Cust Svc (A): Ehx, i give u the number u call.
Al: hello mdm, there's sth call diverting, n i m SURE u can put me thru.
Cust svc (A): u wait huh... (music start playing)
Cust svc (B): city cab good morning!
Al: I'll like to lodge a complain.
Cust svc (B): i m sorry mdm, this is the wrong dept. maybe u'll like to call this number at...
Al (cuts in): Y must i call? can't u divert me?
Cust svc (B): bt mdm, the number is..
Al (turned mad): CCB!!! i hv no america time for ur nonsense! divert now or gif me ur name n i'll complain TOGETHER.
Cust svc (B): wait wait, i'll divert u right away.

Cust svc (C): hi, city-cab feedback dept!
Al: so can i finally complain now?
Cust Svc (C): may i kn wat happened?
Al: one of ur cab driver took off with another cust without checking the identity, and another of ur cab driver called 3 call centres to triple check if he can tk me. HOW EXACTLY do u train ur drivers?
Cust Svc (C): bt u've gt a cab already?
Al: yes, BT THIS IS NOT THE WHOLE PT. i called a cab, and it's supposed to arrive at 7.55am. and he called me to come down to let me see him taking off with another cust. and by the time the replacement clarify everything, it's 8.15am! WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY LOSSES OF STANDING AT THE HUMID, WET BASEMENT CARPARK FOR 20 MINUTES to get thru all these shit!!!!
Cust Svc (C): ......... (silence)
Al: now i dun care wat u do, i want ur name, and i will huant u down shd i hv NO feedback with regards to this matter. make sure i kn u are doing something!
Cust Svc (C): my name is Agnes. No prob. i'll get back to u. thank you for calling. bye.

right, i can't tell u how much beta i felt after venting out my anger at tt cust svc. i had been feeling sucky and it was a great wat to relieve myself. anyway, I've broke up wif jiawen two days ago.. not exactly feeling sad. i had been moody for quite some time n quite numb to this feeling le. more of... angst.. i dunno how do u differentiate the two. bt to me, it's a big diff.

ystd was really unlucky. got sent to storeroom to pack boxes...

went Ching's party after work. MIC! who was onz onz... told me last min got class nx morning at 7am... n sent me her regrets! AMOS TAN declares he got 1000 words reading N LEFT ME TO ROT! GOOD! U ABANDON ME AT TIMES OF NEEDS! who was the one listening n giving u advice to ur whinings? following calls.. my last resort was xiaolaopo, WHO GAVE ME LOUSY advices! wat to do.. she herself so useless! so we discussed, tok abt mass suicide, sleeping pills... n she suggested me to call jiawen to go wif me. at first i sms-ed i'll just stay home to slp. Xiaoben den msg me say if i dun go she'll kill me. so i succumb to threats being humji by nature.

for those who felt on the first day out wif ur ex. mine started even more terrible. I fgt to bring the scanning card for my gate. face to face for a few seconds. tried desperately to call the guard hse who refused to pick up. in the end hv to ask him tk cab in to fetch me out. WAY TO GO! and laopo told me to just smile. i smiled. the cab might as well be driving me to a mourning! it was dead silent. wif us trying to make the smallest conversation "where we gg" " wat time gg home".. i was half expecting myself to comment on the weather nx. at the club, i dint kn how to say our current status oso. so just let them misunderstand. i was quite confused when he asked me at the end of the day did i bring him as a fren or as a bf. AND YES! it caused me a sleepless nite trying to figure out this question. coz the prob is, i din't kn, i din't tink. y m i dropping to laopo's level? useless n dumb!

sorry babe for leaving early. hoped u dint mind. =) got home a bit seh seh coz i din't touch a single drop of food/ water since 2pm tt day.. was hungry n still drank. wanted to get sth fr provision stall after withdrawing money when we left. bt since he looked pissed off n insisted on leaving, i went home eat gastric med. was hoping to drift into coma wif the med n liquor i drank earlier. i din't. n suffered sleepless nite instead. -_-"'

office was quite tolerable these days actually. without tt deh gal n edwin who took 3 days leave all of a sudden, the whole office cheered up. i even got included into their small clique of gossiping. i realise they hate edwin too! LOL~~~
