saw this recipe from the dessert book mummy bought home... really addicted to it... and since i hv a freaking sore throat.... mummy oso super encourage me to make it everyday...

preparing the ingredients... can b pear or apple...



dig the centre out....


practise make perfect.. now i can do one full circle n push the whole thing out le! call me chef Al!



put the apple/ pear into a bowl


take out small rock sugar n ginseng...


pile them into the centre


put into the microwave


medium fire... 7 mins.. tk it out...


simple n nice dessert for makan! hohohohohoho~~~~ it supposingly make u prettier, soothe dry throat, beta sleep... add red dates if u wan! WOOHOHOHOHOHO!~ end of lesson!
