Watched "Flight of the Phoenix" ystd wif my family and cousins... For those who read "lord of the FLIES" before (during ur sec 4 days...) this movie really resembles the book.
First of all... there was this designer for airplanes to play the role of Jack. He was needed to provide info on how to build and airplane... so ppl depended on him. Bt he used threats, terror to get ppl to support him. He even killed another human being.
Den there was the pilot wif charisma to play to role of Ralph. Who was a natural leader, bt soft. So his leadership was overtaken by Jack, who forced everyone to submit to him or he would nt provide info on the designing of airplane.
Den there was this man who played the role of piggy. He died trying to save Ralph. Then, he was always preaching.
There was the role of Roger played by a salesman who was cynical and always giving insults.
Of coz... we couldn't forget Simon... the guy whom went out alone in the desert to search the truth. like a martyr.
Finally, when they could leave tt place, tt designer of plane was reduced to nth, as he was useless and helpless. It was a direct comparisons to the ending of the book where Jack dimmed into a meer nobody.
SO! i really did an analytical study on the movie. haha~ this feel like doing some literary or GP essay. except tt the english is really bad. haha~ coz i din't really plan this essay. lol~ this is my usual style of writing. Tatz why i always tk more time planning den writing usually when i write essays.
Went Rich's hse to bai nian today. Played monopoly wif Hp, YH n HM... while JW betted wif the grp of guys...
